Monday: Hips & Pelvic Floor (Release & Reset)
Tuesday: Upper Back & Shoulders (Posture & Heart Opening)
Wednesday: Spinal Health (Twists & Fluidity)
Thursday: Lower Body Foundations (Ankles, Knees, & Feet)
Friday: Lateral Body & Side-Body Opening (Breath & Space)
Saturday: Full Body "Active" Mobility (Flow & Integration)
Sunday: Yin-Inspired Recovery (Deep Stillness)
