May Mobility Calendar-Begins May 1st

This program is designed to improve joint health and functional range of motion through daily 10-minute sequences. By focusing on "progress over perfection", this month-long journey prioritizes consistence and mindful movement.

The Weekly Structure

To ensure a balanced full-body approach, each day of the week follows a specific focus. This repetition helps the nervous system adapt and find more depth in the movements over the course of the month.

  • Monday: Hips & Pelvic Floor (Release & Reset)

  • Tuesday: Upper Back & Shoulders (Posture & Heart Opening)

  • Wednesday: Spinal Health (Twists & Fluidity)

  • Thursday: Lower Body Foundations (Ankles, Knees, & Feet)

  • Friday: Lateral Body & Side-Body Opening (Breath & Space)

  • Saturday: Full Body "Active" Mobility (Flow & Integration)

  • Sunday: Yin-Inspired Recovery (Deep Stillness)
